How to replace a driver's license
You can exchange your license at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regardless of your registered place of residence. You can also do this online in the driver's electronic cabinet or directly in the Diia app. To do this, follow these steps:

Then you have to pay for the service within 10 minutes and wait for an invitation to the selected service center.
Documents required to exchange a driver's license
You do not need to pass any exams to get a new driver's license. To do this, you should prepare the following documents:

passport or ID card (or other identity document);;

a copy of your taxpayer identification number;

marriage certificate;

receipt of payment for an administrative service.
During martial law, a medical certificate is not required to renew a driver's license.
What are the terms for replacing a driver's license?
