In response to a request from the MTIBU, the Council of Bureaux adopted the following decisions:
From 04/05/2022 Ukrainian Green Cards cease to be valid in Russia and Belarus (regardless of the date of issue)
Also, from 04/05/2022, Belarusian and Russian Green Cards cease to be valid on the territory of Ukraine (regardless of the date of issue)
